Roy Max Johnson, 67, of Houston, Texas, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2009, at the East Houston Regional Hospital.
Roy was born November 28, 1941, in Joplin, Missouri, to Johnnie and Cleo (Stansbury) Johnson. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Roy was a truck driver and had lived in Houston for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Luker) Johnson of Houston, one son, one daughter, and other family and friends.
Graveside services were held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2009, at the Eldorado Cemetery, Eldorado, Oklahoma, under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
