Obituary for Rual Jerry Carroll
Mr. Rual Jerry Carroll, age 76, former resident of this area, died at the Clinton Veterans Center Friday night where he had been a resident for a number of years.

Funeral services have been set for 10:00 A.M., Monday morning at Lowell Memorial Chapel, officiated by Bill Osborne. Burial will be in the Veterans Section of Altus Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born August 20th, 1903 in Montague County, Texas, he lived for a number of years in Tipton, farmed in this area, was manager of an Army Surplus Outlet in Guymon, OK until retiring due to failing health. He was a Veteran of WWII and a member of Altus American Legion Post #44.

Survivors include: three sisters, Mrs. Iona (Bellenger) Waller, of Altus, Mrs. Lillian Newton of Fresno, CA and Mrs. Zelta Clouse of Garden Grove, CA.
