Ruby Katherine Frazier, 78, passed away in her home April 27, 2011, in Altus, Oklahoma. She was born October 19, 1932, in Louisa, Kentucky. She was married to the late Ret. Msgt. Floyd Earl Frazier, who passed away October 6, 2006. She is survived by her daughter Patricia McMaster, son-in-law Joshua McMaster, and grandson Aiden McMaster of Altus, OK, and sisters Isabelle and Ella of Kentucky. Ruby dedicated her life to her family. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother. She will be missed by everyone whose life she touched throughout the years.
