Ruth D. Heise died March 18, 1991 at the Altus House Nursing Home. She was born August 17, 1906 at Bancroft, Nebraska. She married Elmer Heise in Bancroft, Nebraska and he preceded her in death. She was a member of the St. Pauls Lutheran church in Bancroft, Nebraska where she served as President of the Alter Guild of St. Pauls. She was a member of the Garden club, she worked on the Cuming county Election Board, and was a member of the St. Pauls church choir.
Services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday March 20, 1991 at the Lowell-Tims Memorial Chapel. Officiating will be Sonny Tims. Interment will be in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
Mrs. Heise is survived by her children Wayne Heise, Enid, Oklahoma; Joan Drake, Blair, Oklahoma; brother Hank Heise, Oregon; four grandchildren, David Heise, Losangles, California; Jayne Heise-Jones, Kansas City, Missouri, Valynda Hall, Lawton, Oklahoma; Kathy Mason, Altus, Oklahoma.
