Ruth Kinard was born December 31, 1903 in Bell, Texas and passed away May 24, 1966 in ElCentro, California at the age of 62 years, 4 months and 23 days. Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. May 28, 1966 at Tims Funeral Home with Rev. C. L. Abecrombie officiating. Burial will follow at Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Ruth married Alvin Kinard on October 24, 1924 and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of the home in ElCentro, California. One Daughter, Evelyene Houtz of San Diego, California. Two sisters, Mary Bell Kirby of Altus, Oklahoma and Maggie Ellis of Levelland, Texas and one brother Tim Ledbetter of Lene Way, Oklahoma.
