Graveside services for Sammy Fain, 67, of Altus are scheduled for 2:00pm Tuesday, May 25, at the Altus City Cemetery. Pastor Duane Olson will officiate. Mr. Fain died May 21 in the local hospital. Mr. Fain worked at the Altus Cotton Oil Mill. He married Jean Hayes in 1958 in fort Smith, Arkansas. Lowell-Tims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include wife Jean Fain of the home; children, Sammy Fain of Altus, Oklahoma; Larry Fain of Altus, Oklahoma; Linda Kay Fain of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Frankie Odel Fain of Mt. Burg, Arkansas; five grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents, and son, Edward Fain.
