Samuel Harrdison Bell passed away January 17th, 1971 at his home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Services are scheduled of 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, 1971 at the Tims Chapel of Memories with Rev. C. L. Abeurcumbe officiating. Burial will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Sam was born November 23rd, 1888 in Belfast, Tennessee to Mr. & Mrs Lewis Bell. He lived south of Altus from 1916 until 1965. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Methodist Church. He married his wife Mattie in 1916.

Samuel Harrdison Bell it survived by His wife Mattie of the home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, one daughter, Ruth Renegar, also of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and one sister, Mrs. J. T. Cross of Altus, Oklahoma.
