Sidney Beck Runk age 65, of Altus, Oklahoma died June 30, 1976 at Memorial Hospital in Altus.
She was born December 1, 1901 in Healdton, Oklahoma to S. J. Beck. She married E. W. Runk and he preceded her in death in1944.
Sidney worked and lived for many years in Washington D.C. for Civil Service in Civil Aeronautics Administration. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, where she belonged to the Priscilla Sunday School Class. Sidney was a member of Eastern Star, AARP, Sigma Phi Omega Sorority and Altus Art Club.
Services for Sidney Beck Runk are planned for Sunday July 2. 1967 at 2:30 in Tims Chapel, Altus,
officiated by Rev. Gene Garrison and Rev. Everett Smalts. Interment will follow in the Rock Cemetery, Duke, Oklahoma; under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Sidney Beck Runk is survived by her sister, Mrs. W. B. Satterfield, Altus, Oklahoma; two brothers, Elmer W. Beck, Duke, Oklahoma; L. C. Beck, Oklahoma, City, Oklahoma; two nieces and two nephews.
