Silbestre Huerta passed away at 11:40 A.M. on July 11th, 1969 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital at the age of 72 years, 6 months and 10 days. Mr. Huerta was born December 31st, 1896 in Tarandacuso, Mexico to Sergio and Victoria Pantaleon Huerta. He had lived in Oklahoma for twelve years and was a citizen of the United States.

Services for Silbestre Huerta are scheduled for 1:30 P. M. Saturday, July 12, 1969 at the Catholic Church with Joseph Mazaika officiating. Burial will follow at the Hess Cemetery with Tims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Huerta was preceded in death by his wife in 1928 and a son Geronomia Huerta who died in World War 11. He is survived by one son, Presetation Huerta of Elmer, Oklahoma, one daughter, Estanislada Carrizales of Lubbock, Texas. Also surviving are Nineteen Grandchildren and eight Great Grandchildren.
