Steven Jacob Smades, age 9, passed away August 26, 1982, at his home in Altus, Oklahoma.
Steven was born December 23, 1972, in Fairfield, California, to Charles and Vickie ( Dilley) Smades. He moved to Altus in 1977 and was a student at Sunset Elementary School, Altus.
Funeral services for Steven are scheduled for Monday August 30, at 2pm in the Highland Heights Methodist Church.. Burial will follow in the Beula Cemetery in Kansas.
Steven Smades is survived by his parents, Charlie and Vickie Smades of the home in Altus; brother, Charles Smades Jr., Altus, Oklahoma; Kathleen Smades of the home in Altus; Karen Ann of the home; grandmother, Mrs. H. C. Smades Leota, Kansas; grandfather, Donald Dilley, Denver, Colorado.
