Sylvia Maurine Hensley, 95, a long tome resident of Altus, Oklahoma died Friday, July 31, 1993 at her residence in Altus, Oklahoma. She was born on February 27, 1898 in Norton, Kansas to W. Ed and Mary Alice Woods Anglund. Sylvia married John Wilce Hensley in April 1918 . John preceded her in death.

She is survived by three children, Wilma Paulyne Pace of Spicewood, Texas, Madeline McReynolds of Joplin, Missouri and Amy Joe Hart of Lakewood, California. Also one sister, Mayme Sue Martin of Altus, Oklahoma.

Graveside services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 3, 1993 at the Altus City Cemetery with Rev. Keith Wiginton officiating. Services are under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
