Obituary for Thressia Lee Easley
Thressia Briscoe Easley, age 91, of Hess, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, August 9, 2003 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
She was born December 22, 1911 to Dan and Mary Virginia (Hayne) Briscoe. She married Herman (Pat) Easley and he preceded her in death. Thressia had lived in the Hess community all of her life. She farmed with her husband for many years. Thressia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Hess Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Ronald Easley and his wife Sharon of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Easley of San Jose, California, Kelly Easley of Littleton, Colorado, Amy Blankenship of Charleston, Arkansas, Jill Harmon of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; eight great-grandchildren, one sister Naomi McAskill of Altus, Oklahoma.
Funeral services for Thressia Easley are scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, 2003 at 10 a.m. in the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Hess Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
