Travis Ray Bolden, 87 of Altus, Oklahoma passed away August 8, 2023 surrounded by loved ones.
He was born September 7,1935 in Hedley, TX to Archie & Annie Bolden. He is 1 of 12 children and 1 of 3 sets of twins. He has lived a long and fulfilling life, full of laughter, kindness, & countless adventures.
Travis was a member of the U.S. Army. He owned the Bolden Chevron Station in Memphis Tx until he moved to Amarillo to work for another service station. After leaving Amarillo and moving to Altus, Ok he worked for Passmore Trucking, Enterprise Square Apartments, & finally Altus Car Wash & Falcon Rd Car wash until the time of his death.
Travis is survived by his loving family and many dear friends. He left behind his wife Wynell of 30years. Daughter Helen Reyes & husband Candy of Amarillo, Tx. Grandson Brandon Reyes & wife Stephanie of Midland, TX. Great-grandchildren Balin, Breckon, Brennen, Jude & Moises. Granddaughter Amanda Bedwell & husband Dusty of Waco, TX. Great-grandchildren Emma & Holden.
Stepson Kevin Graham & wife Carson of Lubbock, Tx. GrandChildren James Graham;
Aspen Starrett & Husband John & great-grandson Elijah of Lubbock. Step Daughter Karen Skidmore of Altus, OK. Granddaughter Shayla Kadow; & great-grandchildren Steele, Xander, Aurora & Zane of Altus, OK.
Granddaughter Shanda Marrow & husband Jace, and great-grandchildren Everleigh, Noah, and Emerson of Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Sister-in-law Martha Joe Bolden of Groom, Tx. Brother in law Paul Burch & wife Alice of Amarillo Tx. Sister in law Gwen Collier of Amarillo, Tx. Along with many wonderful nieces & nephews, and loyal Yorkie Roxie Rae. Travis was preceded in death by his parents Archie & Annie Bolden and all 11 Siblings and his faithful poodle Ginger.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Lowell - Tims Funeral Home Chapel, Altus, Oklahoma.
