Obituary for TSgt Delbert Lavon Myatt
TSgt Delbert Lavon Myatt, age 38, died Monday afternoon of an apparent heart attack.

Memorial services have been set for 2:30 P.M., Thursday at Lowell Memorial Chapel, officiated by Chaplain David P. Byram. Burial will be in Altus City Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born January 2nd, 1934 at Holdenville, Oklahoma, Sgt Myatt was on terminal leave prior to being retired at the end of this month completing more than twenty years of service. He was assigned to Base Security, Altus Air Force Base.

Survivors include: his fiancee, Marie Ward of Altus; a son, Glen by a prior marriage; his Father, Mr. G.W. Myatt of Rosamond, CA; three brothers, Dean, Robert and Billy; two sisters, Reba Lewis and Willa Mae Burleson, all residing in California.
