Obituary for Vera Mae Goldwater
Vera Mae Goldwater was born December 12, 1902 in Texas. She died December 17, 1995 at Altus, Oklahoma. She was a long time resident of Altus and Jackson County. She was a long time member of the 1st United Methodist Church in Altus, where she was very active and sang in the Church Choir. She was a member of the UMW. She sold Luzier Cosmetics, and baked for many people in Altus.

Services are scheduled for 11 am Thursday at the 1st United Methodist Church with Rev. Ken Pate officiating. Interment will be in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include children; Gloria Gramblin of Lawton, Oklahoma; granddaughter Lynn Hill of Lawton, Oklahoma;

Preceded in death by parents and husband.
