Virginia "Ginger" Nadine Vann,77, Loving Wife, Mother, and grandmother passed away May 2, 2022, in Hollis, Oklahoma.
Ginger will be honored at a visitation from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Harmon County Funeral Home, Hollis, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2022, at Harmon County Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Cantu officiating. Services have been entrusted to Harmon County Funeral Home, Hollis, Oklahoma.
Ginger was born September 25, 1944, in Reedley, CA., to John Paul and Leona Nadine (Buell) Stallings. After her family moved to Hollis, OK, she married Ronald Neil Vann in April of 1972 and was happily married for many years before his death in January 2001.
Ginger loved people and thoroughly enjoyed having friends and family come to see her. She loved visiting and playing with her grandchildren and great-grandsons. She and Ronnie spent many hours at the coffee shop just visiting with people when they would come in and she continued to do so even after Ronnie was gone. She adored going to Bingo games and would go every chance she got.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Paul and Leona Stallings; her husband, Ronald Neil Vann; sister, Shirley Nan Skaats, and brother in law, Thomas E. Winger, Sr.
She is lovingly survived by her devoted daughter, Katherine (Kathy) L. Winegeart of Amarillo, TX; four grandchildren, Clifton Neal Boggs of Hartshorne, OK., Harold Dean Boggs of Hollis, OK., Curtis Glenn Boggs and wife Amber of Amarillo, TX., and Merissa Nadine Boggs of Amarillo, TX.; three great-grandsons, Malechi Merice Oreley of Amarillo, TX. Lucas Glenn Boggs, and Giovanni Igwilo of Amarillo, TX. Ginger is also survived by three sisters, Betty McNiel of Reedley, CA., Carolyn Winger of Hollis, OK., Patricia Brook of Florida, and a number of nieces and nephews.
