After Maxine"s death, Wayne married Lavon (Heflin) Bell, on July 9, 1994, in Vernon, Texas. Wayne was a hard worker all of his life and a member of the Granite American Legion Post #177, but in his spare time he enjoyed fishing, golfing, bowling, working in his yard and building "stuff" with his good friend, Velton Sirmons.
