Mr. Wesley Jerome Burke, age 83, of 605 Commerce, Altus, died on Thursday at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Burke was born on August 2nd, 1895 at Granite, OK. He was married on 21 Sep 1916 in Hobart, OK, to the late Nellie Fay Burke who died December 24, 1974

Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Jessie (Doris) Scott of Eldorado, OK; two granddaughters, Mrs. Karen Dittman of Nichols, NY and Mrs. Brenda Walker of Stillwater, OK; three great-grandchildren, Charles Dittman, John Dittman and Philip Dittman.
