Obituary for Uncle Ducky
William "Uncle Ducky" Albert Willis, 68, resident of Eldorado, Oklahoma passed away June 24, 2022 in Eldorado, Oklahoma surrounded by his family.

Uncle Ducky was born August 18, 1953, in Langley, Oklahoma to Albert Willis and Marie Lawson. He was one of the twenty brothers and sisters born to into the Willis family. He was raised all around Oklahoma, but called Jay, Concord, and Ada Oklahoma home for much of his life. He moved to Eldorado, Oklahoma in 2019 to be near his beloved family.

Uncle Ducky had many professions throughout his life but his favorites were being a pool installer and being a hydraulic mechanic. He had great skill and knowledge when it came to automotive and diesel repair. Many people relied on his expertise when they need help.

When he wasn’t working, he was busy fishing, playing dominoes, shooting pool, dancing, playing jokes, flirting with women, and being the quintessential "life of the party". To know Uncle Ducky was to love him. Uncle Ducky became “tik tok famous” for his telling of his favorite jokes. He enjoyed making people smile and loved sharing his sense of humor with others.

Uncle Ducky had a great passion and love for his family. He cherished the time with them more than anything . He had a special bond with his sister, he was her rock and she was his.

Uncle Ducky simply wanted the world to be a better place for everyone. He brought joy and light to the people around him and impacted countless lives in a positive way. His carefree spirit and outgoing personality will be forever remembered by all who knew him.

Uncle Ducky was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Willis and Marie Lawson; his three brothers: Ernest Willis, Troy Willis and David Willis; and his sister, Barbara Willis.

Left to carry out his great legacy are his son, Travis Willis; his brothers: Kenneth Willis, Andy Willis, Steve Willis and Michael Willis; his sisters: Dale Ives, Bonnie Willis, Shirley Willis, Sheila Willis and Peggy Willis; his sisters-in- law: Donna Willis and Trisha Willis; one brother-in-law; Robert Sherron; 31 nieces and nephews; 59 great-nieces and nephews; 19 great-great nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives, neighbors and church family.


Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Lowell - Tims Funeral Home Chapel, Altus, Oklahoma.

Services and cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Lowell - Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma.
