William lived near Duke, Oklahoma and farmed until 1957, then he moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. William married Minnie Dovie Chadwick June 6, 1920 at Prairie Hill, Oklahoma.
He served during World War I and was member of the Wynnewood Baptist Church since he was 14 years old.
Funeral services for William Madison Adams are scheduled for December 30, 1971 at 4:00pm in the Tims Chapel, Altus, Oklahoma, officiated by Rev. Ronnie Chadwick. Burial will follow in the Prairie Hill Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
William Madison Adams is survived by his wife, Minnie of the home in Oklahoma City; one brother, Vern Adams, McAllen, Texas; one sister, Vera A. Crawford, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
