Obituary for William Nelson Jones
William N. Jones died October 7, 1993 at the Jackson County memorial Hospital in Altus. Services are scheduled for 10:00am Monday at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church officiated by Father Tim Luschen. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Born November 12, 1915 at Mt. Park, Oklahoma he was the son of Johnathan Nelson and Betty Jones. He married Marie Teresa Fitzpatrick August 13, 1947 at Lynwood California. He was Veteran of world War II serving in the U.S. Army. He returned to this area from California in 1961. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreghn Wars and the Catholic Church.

Survivors include Sisters, Evelyn Hodkinson of Altus, Oklahoma; Maureen Morgan of Godley, Texas; several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, wife, Marie Jones, brother
Warren Jones.
