William Raymond Parchman age 69, of Altus, Oklahoma died November 10, 1969 at Memorial Hospital in Altus. He was born May 30, 1900 in Altus to Henry C and Mary (Webb) Parchman.
He had been a resident of Altus all of his life, worked for the City of Altus for 10 years, and was a retired farmer. He married Vena King August 30, 1919.
Funeral services for William Raymond Parchman are scheduled for 2:00pm Wednesday November 12, 1969 in Tims Chapel. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
William Raymond Parchman is survived by his wife Vena of the home; two daughters, Miss Oleta Parchman, of the home; Mrs. Laverne Bailey, Beaumont, Texas one grandson Max Bailey, Beaumont, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Rena Melton, Rawls, Texas; Mrs. Emma Bromley, Bell Garden, California; Mrs. Oma Verna, Lubbock, Texas.
