Obituary for Willie Moss Spradlin
Willie Moss (Thompson) Spradlin, age 75, lost her courageous battle with cancer Sunday, July 24th, 1994, at her home with all of her family.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 26, 1994 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Eldorado. The Rev. Ralph Chapman of Sayre will be officiating with assistance from Rev. Mitch Whittington. Burial will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Mrs. Spradlin was born August 27, 1918 in Harmon County - Lincoln Community, Oklahoma, the daughter of W.G. and Moss Matilda (Lindley) Thompson. She married J.R. Spradlin on October 22, 1938. They farmed in the Eldorado area until retirement. She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church. Memorials can be made to The Cleo Craig Memorial Cancer & Research Center in Lawton, OK.

Survivors include: her husband, J. R. Spradlin of the home in Eldorado, Oklahoma; two children, Tommy Spradlin and wife Dayna of Eldorado, OK and Nelda Bonner and husband Merle of Weatherford, OK; four brothers, W. C. Thompson and Lester Thompson of Eldorado, OK, Randel Thompson of Midland, TX and Arvil Thompson of Hobbs, NM; one sister, Faye Hurst of Altus, OK; four grandsons, Jeff & Dustin Spradlin, Shawn and Chris Bonner; one great-granddaughter, Ashlyn Spradlin; several nieces and nephews; and a lot of friends.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.G. Thompson; daughter, Carolyn Sue Spradlin; one brother, Harvey Thompson; two sisters, Ella Marie Thompson and Georgia Spradlin.
