Obituary for Woodrow Clifton Roudebush
Woodrow Clifton Roudebush passed away Tuesday, September 23, 1997, at Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of 80.

Woodrow was born December 12, 1916, in Humpherys, Oklahoma, to James Marvin and Lula Stella Pearl (Eller) Rodebush. He married Hazel Garrison September 4, 1941, in Humphreys. She preceded him in death. Woodrow served with the United States Army in Denmark and Germany during World War I. He hauled water to many rural residents in Jackson County for over 20 years. Woodrow was a farmer in the Jackson County area and worked as a roughneck in the oil field for many years. He was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Altus.

Woodrow is survived by his daughter, Woodine Roudebush of Martha, Oklahoma, a very special friend Mahala Fletcher of Humphreys, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Hazel, three brothers, and four sisters.
