Willard was a student at Altus High School and a member of the Glee Club.

Rosary service for Willard Richard Ullom is scheduled for Wednesday, 7:30 pm at Lahey Funeral Home in Wichita Kansas. Mass is Thursday,10:00am at All Saints Church.

Willard Richard Ullom is survived by his parents, Willard and Jane Ullom of Altus, Oklahoma; three sisters, Ruth Ann, Wichita, Kansas; Linda, of Altus; Suzanne of the home in Altus; one brother, Steve of the home, Altus; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs Ralph Ullom, Ketchum, Oklahoma.
