Horace Tate Rounsaville was born December 2nd, 1922 at Henryetta, Oklahoma. He died November 23rd, 1996 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late Harvey and Leona (Ervin) Rounsaville.
He married Betty Williamson August 9, 1975 at Las Vegas, NV. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, where he served in five major campaigns in Germany, France and Italy. He moved to Olustee, Oklahoma in 1984, where he was a self-employed plasterer.
Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday at Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel.
Survivors include: his wife, Betty Rounsaville of the home in Olustee, six children, James Rounsaville of Riverside, CA, Lee Rounsaville of Riverside, CA, Cleo Frei of Beaumont, CA, Carol Pennington of Missouri, Wayne Pennington of California and Jerry Pennington of Waldron, AR; two brothers, Earl Rounsaville of California and Marion Rounsaville of Utah; one sister, Maybelle Hoselton of Utah; 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
