Obituary for Mary Watkins
Funeral Services for Mary Watkins , age 80, of Eldorado, Oklahoma, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, 1994, at the First Baptist Church of Eldorado. Rev. Ken Coleman and Rev. Mitch Whittington will officiate. Burial will follow at the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Mrs. Watkins passed away November 20th, 1994, at her home. She was born February 26th, 1914 in Eldorado to George and Lula Bell (Jay) Driver. On October 12, 1935, she married Narvel Cletus Watkins at Altus. Together with her husband, they farmed near Eldorado and had lived on the same farm for nearly 60 years.

Mrs. Watkins was an active member of the Eldorado First Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She cherished her family, friends and her church and she was loved in return.

Memorials may be made to the Eldorado First Baptist Church.

Survivors include: her husband, Narvel Cletus Watkins of the home; two children, Alice McGrew and husband Bob of Norman, OK and Kay Nott and husband Sam of McKinney, TX; two brothers, Luther Driver of Sh after, CA and Oran Driver of Eldorado, OK; two sisters, Willa Mae Weems of Amarillo, TX and Violet Baker of Oceanside, CA. four grandchildren, Cyndi Byars and Lesley Simmons of Norman, OK, Shanna Simmons, of Valdez, AR and Chris Nott of McKinney, TX.

She was preceded in death by: one brother, Wayne Driver; one sister, Ora Coberly; her parents.
