Obituary for Anthony Quinn Neal
Anthony Quinn Neal, 41, passed away in Phoenix, Arizona from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born in Altus, Oklahoma on February 4, 1977, to Frank Neal and Diana Clark Henson. He attended Altus Public Schools, as well as Altus High School graduating in 1996. During his high school years, he enjoyed such extracurricular activities as FFA, Wrestling, Track, and Football. Following high school, Anthony became a correctional officer at the Granite Prison in Granite, Oklahoma, but his heart remained on medicine. He pursued a medical career-advancing from basic EMT to Paramedic and deciding to take his medical career farther by getting his doctorate degree from Aureus University Aruba, graduating 4th in his class with honors in 2013. Anthony was among many things, a proud patriot, husband, father, doctor, and biker. Anthony was a devoted Brother of the Forsaken Few Motorcycle Club. Anthony was steadfast in his Christian beliefs, living life on his terms, but above all his passions, Anthony loved his family beyond measurable words.
Anthony is survived by his beloved wife, Rachelle, his cherished children, son, Austin, daughters Kaisyn and Braelyn. He is also survived by, his mother Diana Henson and stepfathers, Todd Henson and Tony Paradis, sisters, Tricia and Lilly, Whitney and Courtney, grandmother Seba “Granny” Walker, his aunt Linda Smith, his aunt and uncle Kara and Reece Taylor, and numerous cousins, relatives, and friends.
Anthony is preceded in death by his brother Christopher “Critter” Neal, his maternal grandfather, Russell Clark, and paternal grandmother, Martha Neal.
Anthony left this world doing exactly what he loved to do, and he would not have had it any other way.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 6 - 8 p.m. and a
celebration of his life on Monday, July 2, 2018 at 2:00p.m. at the Lowell-Timms Funeral Home in Altus,
